Interval exercise one minute jog, two minutes walk, one minute jog, two minutes walk. 5 days a week, 40 mins.

Weights,
Pilates resistence train,
Cut wine out or to weekends only,
Small dinner plate,
Water 20 mins before meal for fullness,
Fewer processed carbs,
Eat red capsicum,
Chilli (raise metabolism),
Half teaspoon cinnamon Raise metabolism),
Fish oil capsules for the good oil.
