Our general focus is on core abdominal strength, developing well-toned muscles, good balance and excellent posture. What is equally important though is flexibility. We can all strengthen our muscles till the cows come home, but unless you also incorporate a stretching regime, you'll tighten up and eventually become more inflexible.
